A Day at Western-Super-Mere

My new Meiki drop in filters have arrived and I took the opportunity to take a few images of Megan and I in Western-Super-mere. It was our wedding anniversary and it was great to visit the coast. I used three lenses, my 16-35mm f2.8 , 24-70mm f2.8 and my 135mm f2. I used the two stop CPL with all three and it was great to be able to swap out a lens, but keep the same polarisation settings the same. We were blessed with sunny weather, so I tried a few f22 sunstars. Which are particaulrly attractive on the ef 16-35IIL. Having the filter behind then lens really reduces the risk of flaring and ghosting. I’m very happy with the results. it’s another indicator for me that Mirrorless is the way forwards for me.
